We stand at a critical crossroads. Everywhere we look, we are confronted with painful inequities we can no longer afford to ignore, at home, and around the globe.

Within our organizations, if we have the courage to face those inequities head-on, we can begin to create cultures grounded in principles of justice, equality, and the right of every human being to live with peace, prosperity, and self-determination.
