The Embracing Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression program includes a component of personal and program assessment. As a result, from time to time you may be asked to share demographic information about yourself (age, race, gender identity, education, occupation, etc.); answer questions about your anti-racism and anti-oppression knowledge, beliefs, and behaviors; and share thoughts and feelings about your experience of the sessions and the overall program. Your participation in any and all of the assessments is voluntary and you will never be required to share any information you prefer to keep confidential. In addition:
- You will always have access to your responses, and there is never a penalty for not participating.
- You have the right to withdraw your participation at any time without consequence.
- You will not be financially compensated or receive any other benefit for your participation.
- All data collected during the Embracing Anti-Racism and Anti-Racism program will remain the property of ThirdWay Leadership.
- Your data will be used for continuous improvement of the program and empirical research designed to advance the overall work of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice education, training, and facilitation.
- ThirdWay Leadership agrees to (a) keep your data confidential, (b) report findings of your data in the aggregate only, (c) remove all personal identifiers in the use of your data.
