Leadership for the 21st Century

A Program for Developing Leaders for the 21st Century

The research is clear. Leadership has a significant impact on organizational outcomes across the board.

Organizations committed to the growth and development of their people see a significant return on their investment across the board; from creativity and innovation to productivity and profitability; from culture and collaboration to equity and inclusion; and from customer service and satisfaction to employee recruitment, engagement, and retention.

Overview

This experiential and interactive program has been created to build the skills and competencies that will allow you and your organization to take your leadership to the next level.

The program builds the mindset and skillsets that define exceptional leadership—synthesizing key findings from leadership theory, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, entrepreneurship, psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and creative studies.

Taken as a whole, it encompasses a powerful set of leadership competencies that can be assessed and developed.

The program is delivered in a collaborative environment that encourages peer-to-peer learning and can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your organization, with options for one-on-one coaching, psychometric and workstyles assessments, and action-based learning activities.

Throughout the program, we introduce tools and processes for expanding leadership capacity, along with structured activities for application and implementation.

Who Should Attend?

The program is designed for leaders at all levels of the organization—from high-potential emerging leaders to mid-level directors, senior leaders, and C-suite executives who want to up their game and expand their leadership capacity.
