Programs for Improving Wellbeing in the Workplace

Right now, we are experiencing a global loss of cabin pressure. And in response, across the country and around the world, people are leaving low-paying, unsatisfying jobs, and rethinking what matters most.

For those who remain, finding a sense of wellbeing at work, amid so much turbulence, can be a huge challenge.

And while organizations cannot solve all the problems their employees currently face, they can go a long way to reimagining workplace expectations, norms, and values, making space for a range of needs.

Overview

Our Workplace Wellbeing Programs are designed to support individuals and teams in identifying what they need, how they can prioritize their own mental and emotional wellbeing, how they can advocate for themselves and their co-workers, and how organizations can support new, more flexible ways of working.

Structure

The beauty of this program is that its structure is fully adaptable to best suit the wellbeing of the cohort. 

It can be delivered in small, bite-sized chunks on a weekly basis, or as a series of half or full-day workshops that allow participants to step away from the day-to-day and dive deep.

Components of the program include:

  • Workshops. Live or virtual instructional and experiential training
  • Weekly tips. Weekly reminder emails with tips and activities to support wellbeing
  • Wellbeing tools. A wellbeing map and personalized wellbeing plan template
  • Partnerships. Opportunities to create accountability partnerships or wellbeing pods
